I have a lot of engaging and amazing conversations with new people I meet, who are interested to know what sustainability is all about. Once we discuss it means so many different things to different people, usually the follow up question is about why I personally started everfocus to give businesses and organisations advice on how to be sustainable?
In short, my answer is I wanted everfocus to help our community be better. If businesses and other organisations on the sunshine coast, or any other community, are focussing on being sustainable, that naturally benefits the community they serve.
I spent some time recently talking to Profile magazine about this, which you can read online or even check out their whole March edition . (Find everfocus on pg 34!!)
Being so lucky to have a rich and diverse set of career experiences working in the corporate world for over 20 years, I think it places me well to share that experience with others, who may not have the time or resources to focus on sustainability by themselves.
As a small focussed consultancy in Montville, I can be nimble and flexible to their needs and goals. Travel to anywhere on the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane or across Australia is so easy with our nearby airport and rail system.
And when I get back to the everfocus office, this beautiful view of nature in all its glory awaits, helping me reinvigorate for the next sustainability challenge that awaits across our communities.
